1. Nature of the collected data
When you use the Sites, the Publisher may collect the following types of data about you:

No disclosure to third parties.
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties. However, you are informed that it may be disclosed in accordance with a law, regulation, or decision of a competent regulatory or judicial authority.
3. Prior information regarding the disclosure of personal data to third parties in the event of a merger/takeover
Obtaining prior opt-in (consent) prior to the transfer of data following a merger/acquisition.
In the event that we take part in a merger, acquisition, or any other form of asset transfer, we undertake to obtain your prior consent to the transfer of your personal data and to maintain the level of confidentiality of your personal data to which you have consented.

5. Data aggregation
Aggregation with non-personal data
We may publish, disclose, and use aggregated information (information relating to all of our Users or specific groups or categories of Users that we combine so that an individual User can no longer be identified or mentioned) and non-personal information for industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, promotional and advertising purposes and other business purposes.
Aggregation with personal data available on the User's social media accounts
If you connect your account to an account on another service in order to cross-post, that service may provide us with your profile information, login information, and any other information you have authorized to be disclosed. We may aggregate information about all of our other Users, groups, accounts, and personal data available on the User.

Free consultation
Consultation of the Site does not require prior registration or identification. It can be done without you providing any personal data (surname, first name, address, etc.). We do not record any personal data for the simple consultation of the Site.

Collection of profiling data and technical data for the purpose of providing the service

Technical data from your device is automatically collected and stored by the Site for advertising, commercial and statistical purposes. This information helps us to personalize and continuously improve your experience on our Site. We do not collect or store any personal data (last name, first name, address, etc.) that may be linked to technical data. The data collected may be sold to third parties.

Retention period for technical data
Technical data is retained for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes set out above.
Data retention during the term of the contractual relationship
In accordance with Article 6-5° of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on information technology, files, and civil liberties, personal data that is processed is not retained beyond the time necessary to fulfill the obligations defined when the contract was concluded or beyond the predefined duration of the contractual relationship.
Retention of anonymized data beyond the contractual relationship / after account deletion
We retain personal data for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes described in these Terms of Use. Beyond this period, it will be anonymized and retained for statistical purposes only and will not be used in any way whatsoever.
Deletion of data after account deletion
Measures are in place to purge data so that it is effectively deleted once the retention or archiving period required to fulfill the specified or imposed purposes has been reached.
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, you also have the right to delete your data, which you can exercise at any time by contacting the publisher.
Deletion of data after 2 years of inactivity
For security reasons, if you have not logged in to the Site for a period of three years, you will receive an email inviting you to log in as soon as possible, otherwise your data will be deleted from our databases.
9. Account deletion

Users may delete their Account at any time by simply requesting this from the Publisher OR via the Account deletion menu in the Account settings, where applicable.
Account deletion in the event of a breach of the Terms of Use
In the event of a breach of one or more provisions of the Terms of Use or any other document incorporated herein by reference, the Publisher reserves the right to terminate or restrict, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, your use of and access to the services, your account and all Sites.
10. Information in the event of a security breach detected by the publisher
Informing the User in the event of a security breach
We undertake to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks of accidental, unauthorized, or illegal access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction of your personal data.
In the event that we become aware of illegal access to your personal data stored on our servers or those of our service providers, or unauthorized access resulting in the realization of the risks identified above, we undertake to:

The publisher undertakes not to transfer its Users' personal data outside the European Union.
12. Modification of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
In the event of any modification to these Terms of Use, we undertake not to substantially reduce the level of confidentiality without first informing the persons concerned.
We undertake to inform you in the event of any substantial modification to these Terms of Use and not to substantially reduce the level of confidentiality of your data without informing you and obtaining your consent.
13. Applicable law and terms of recourse
Arbitration clause
You expressly agree that any dispute that may arise from these Terms of Use, including their interpretation or execution, shall be subject to arbitration proceedings governed by the rules of the arbitration platform chosen by mutual agreement, to which you shall adhere without reservation.

Data portability
The publisher undertakes to offer you the possibility of having all data concerning you returned to you upon simple request. The User is thus guaranteed better control over their data and retains the possibility of reusing it. This data must be provided in an open and easily reusable format.
